Ikebana in SFO

Ikebana International and the Sogetsu Ikebana Teacher Association in San Francisco do a great job. Was able to join an interesting Wafu School demonstration. For anyone interested in the art of flower arrangement and living in the SFO area, get in touch with the Association.

I love Ikebana because of the many wonderful benefits! Just had an awesome yoga class where I learned how to use chairs to stand on my head - so much fun! Check out www.letsdoyoga.com!
